Roasting

Green, roast, pour, cup —
and back again.

Plenty of tools log a roast. What is unusual here is that the file moves in both directions: the .klog your roaster already wrote comes in, a green-adapted .kpro goes back out, and what the cupping table said becomes the next roast’s edit.

Log a roast, pre-roast step: green moisture read from a meter, green bulk density by the beaker method, and the charge weight
Point the camera at your moisture meter; calibrate a beaker once for density. Leave both blank and the roast still records completely — the instruments are optional, the honesty about them is not.

The .klog fills date, load and crack timings from the roast that actually happened. Your green measurements never come from the file.

A roast log that never hears back from the cup is a diary. The adjustment only means something if it travels in both directions.

Roasting comes as Pro + Roaster, a single purchase of US$49.99 — Pro is $29.99 on its own. If you only drink coffee, you never pay for the roasting half and never see it. Nothing renews either way.

Adjustments are acknowledged, not applied silently

A one-time gate makes you confirm the first roast adjustment. A tool that changes your roast without saying so is not a tool.
